Payper decides to dedicate itself to the manufacture of work clothes and workwear for the company designed to facilitate people's movements, protect them and equip them with products that offer a particularly careful aesthetic, typical of the Italian style. The growth and specialization developed over time gave rise, in 2003, to the birth of Industrial Wear, with the aim of industrializing the accumulated experiences, expanding the product catalog, enhancing services and conquering new market shares. In 2006, after having completed the distribution map throughout the Italian territory, the company began to develop its exports, reaching in a few years to cover all the main European markets.
It currently has a catalog with more than two thousand articles, which have patents and numerous certifications, to which must be added more than fifty new creations each year from the Italian R&D office, always in search of new solutions. aesthetic and functional. The productions are managed and subjected to precise quality controls carried out directly by the staff of the technical offices distributed in different parts of the world. In 2017, the new headquarters were inaugurated, a modern central office that produces renewable energy, equipped with an exhibition area of 800 m2, where the entire Payper collection can be seen, and a warehouse that has state-of-the-art intelligent logistics systems.
Payper collections have been developed by a highly creative and expert Italian R&D team. From research to design, development and packaging, everything is controlled down to the smallest detail. The productions are carried out in associated establishments in different parts of the world, which have certifications in accordance with international parameters of protection, security and social responsibility. Our technical offices, where direct dependent professionals work, are distributed in the different production areas and, in total synergy with the Italian laboratory and quality department, guarantee respect for production standards and working conditions.
