It is a lightweight, high-visibility thermal jacket with a stand-up collar made of fleece. It has a central YKK + zipper with a chin protector. Adjusted by elastic waistband on the bias and has several pockets: 1 chest pocket under the trim / 2 lower pockets under the trim / 2 inside pockets closed with velcro Cuffs Cuffs with elastic bias.
