Detailed description

Double blocking pulley with cam that can be disengaged thanks to the handle:

• - Ergonomic handle for easy disengagement of the cam.
• - Brake integrated in the main movable side plate for comfortable and precise control of the lowering of heavy loads.
• - Lockable cam in open position for easy rope retrieval.
• - Toothless cam preserves the rope, allowing smooth transition from lowering to lifting and vice versa.

Optimised performance for 4:1 hoists:

Large diameter sheaves with sealed ball bearings for excellent lifting performance.

Faceted main sheave with unique direction of rotation provides very high lifting performance and adds rope friction zones for additional braking when lowering heavy loads (more information in the data sheet and in the technical advice at www.petzl.com).

• - Parallel mounted sheaves and auxiliary point allowing different types of complex hoists to be mounted.
• - Ease of use:
• - Triple action opening of the movable side plates, easy and quick, even when wearing gloves.
• - Red indicators visible when the side plates are not locked.
• - Possibility to install the rope and keep the device connected to the anchor at the same time.
• - Hole in the handle allows the installation of a remote control lanyard.

Easy handling thanks to the swivel:

• - Allows the pulley to be oriented under load.
• - Can accept up to three karabiners.
• - Swivel and auxiliary attachment point allows the use of ropes and lanyards to facilitate manoeuvres.
