PETZL KNEE ASCENT LOOP PEDAL WITH FOOT RING

The Petzl KNEE ASCENT LOOP pedal is designed to facilitate rope ascent in pruning situations when using the ZIGZAG or ZIGZAG PLUS mechanical Prusik with single rope. This accessory is made up of several elements that work together to provide comfort and efficiency during the ascent.

The KNEE ASCENT LOOP includes an upper belt that connects to the mechanical Prusik to allow the ascent of the set formed by the ZIGZAG or ZIGZAG PLUS and the CHICANE. This top tape ensures a stable and secure connection between system components.

The CROLL L ascender is integrated into the KNEE ASCENT LOOP and provides a comfortable ascent. It can be used in addition to a PANTIN foot ascender (not included) for an even more efficient ascent. The CROLL L blocker is easily installed thanks to its integrated opening trigger.

The lower strap of the KNEE ASCENT LOOP is made of Dyneema and has a foot ring. This lower strap allows optimal support of the foot during the ascent, providing stability and safety to the user.

The KNEE ASCENT LOOP is easily installed and removed thanks to the accompanying carabiners and adjustment buckles. This allows for quick and easy placement of the accessory on the rope. In addition, it is supplied with a TOOLBAG in size XS, which allows you to always have the system within reach and makes it easy to transport.

The KNEE ASCENT LOOP is fully adjustable, meaning it can be adjusted to suit different user morphologies and preferences. This guarantees greater comfort and efficiency during the climb.

The accessory is made of durable materials such as aluminum, steel, polyamide and polyester, ensuring its strength and durability in demanding conditions.

The KNEE ASCENT LOOP is compatible with ropes from 8 to 13 mm in diameter and is designed for use with semi-static ropes (EN 1891 type A), ensuring safe and efficient operation.
