The 15mm thickness in the heel area enhances the shock absorption and dissipates energy, by uniformly distributing the weight throughout the foot area. The upper layer is made of antibacterial fabric. Provided with another pair of laces of a different colour. Bellows tongue. Suggested uses: Engineering jobs, industry, maintenance jobs.

The APT Plate is lighter than steel being only 50 gr compared to 65gr for steel, the APT midsole also offers a better thermal insulation compared to steel midsoled Shoes, the APT midsole offers a better surface area protected than a steel midsole would.
This Cofra boot has a Soft-Bed footbed insole which is soft and comfortable polyurethane; the patters of the lower layer guarentees shock absorbing action and good grip, the upper absorbs perspiration and leaves the foot always dry.
